Deeply Rooted is a 6-week intimate immersion birthed from my own root chakra healing — the ancestor work that changed how I see my lineage, the earth medicine that finally taught my body what safety feels like, and the money healing that broke patterns I didn't even know I was living in.
This isn't a course. It's a container. Twelve women doing deep foundational work together, held by ancestral healing, earth medicine, and the kind of witnessing that lets your nervous system finally exhale.
We meet online weekly — and we gather in person in New York City to go even deeper.

Your handmade bath is shipped to you aloing with a video tutorial. We do the ritual on the same day — you at home, the group in the garden. Same medicine, same moment.

The weekly sessions are online because some of this work is meant to happen in the comfort and privacy of your own space. In your home. On your terms. Where your nervous system can actually relax.
But there is something that only happens when we're in the same room. When you can smell the herbs, break bread with the women you've been witnessing, and feel the energy shift in real time.
Throughout the six weeks we'll gather in Brooklyn. On a rooftop, in a park, in a garden, in a space that holds us. To make medicine. To share a meal. To mark what's happening. To discuss the shifts within and return to something older than any of us - the sacredness that awakens when women gather with intention.
