Her approach blends ancient wisdom from Afro-Caribbean traditions with modern self-care practices, creating sacred containers where cultural healing can flourish.
This meditation journey emerged from her own ancestral veneration journey along with her passion for helping others find power in softness, strength in vulnerability, and magic in the mundane.

Awakening with the Ancestors is dedicated to the two spirits who planted the seeds of who I am today: To my maternal great-grandmother Virginia Rojas Almonte, whose middle name I carry as a bridge between worlds, along with her healing touch and plant medicine wisdom. And to my father Abel Antonio Rojas, who's relentless drive, charisma and business acumen showed me how to turn dreams into reality with both strategy and heart.
