By scheduling or paying for any service offered through www.allthingsada.com, www.goodvibesandchill.com, All Things Ada LLC, and/or by communicating with Ada Rojas in any fashion, you attest that you have read, understood, and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:
General Terms:
Age Requirement: You are 18 years or older.
Accuracy Disclaimer: While All Things Ada, LLC ensures honesty and integrity in every intuitive coaching session, reading, and healing100% accuracy is not guaranteed.
Entertainment Purposes: All coaching sessions, readings, consultations, and energy healing services are for entertainment purposes only. They are not substitutes for professional services, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and counseling.
Liability Waiver: Ada Rojas, All Things Ada LLC, www.allthingsada.com, and www.goodvibesandchill.com accept no liability or responsibility for any actions or decisions based on readings, consultations, energy healing services, or content created by Ada Rojas.
Anti-Harassment: Verbal abuse or harassment towards Ada Rojas is unacceptable and grounds for immediate cessation of services.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ada Rojas, All Things Ada LLC, and affiliates perpetually.
Copyright and Confidentiality: Copyright and confidentiality laws apply. No material, photo, video, or content may be published, shared, displayed, distributed, or archived without written permission.
Social Media: Content may be shared on social media with appropriate attribution.
Privacy Policy: You have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Payment and Cancellation Policies:
All services must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Cancellations with 48 hours' notice receive a 100% refund; cancellations without 48 hours' notice and non-emergency cancellations are subject to a 50% fee.
Reiki and Energy Healing Services (In-Person and Distance):
Medical Disclaimer: Reiki and energy healing are complementary wellness practices and are not medical treatments. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.
No Physical Guarantee: Results from energy healing vary by individual. No specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed.
Distance Healing Consent: For remote/distance sessions, you consent to receiving energy healing work while in your own location and understand that the practitioner will not be physically present.
In-Person Session Requirements: For in-person reiki sessions, you agree to communicate any physical limitations, injuries, or health conditions that may affect your ability to lie comfortably during the session. You remain fully clothed during all sessions.
Session Environment: You are responsible for creating a safe, comfortable environment for distance sessions. For in-person sessions, All Things Ada LLC maintains a professional, safe healing space.
Local Plant Walk Services:
Nature Activity Risks: Plant walks involve outdoor activities with inherent risks including uneven terrain, weather conditions, insects, and wildlife. You participate at your own risk.
Physical Requirements: You acknowledge your physical ability to participate in walking activities and will communicate any limitations or health conditions that may affect participation.
Plant Safety: You agree not to consume, touch, or harvest any plants during walks without explicit instruction and approval. Many plants can cause allergic reactions or be toxic if ingested.
Weather Conditions: Plant walks are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unsafe conditions. Alternative dates will be offered when possible.
Property Respect: You agree to follow all rules regarding the locations visited, including staying on designated paths and respecting private property and protected areas.
Emergency Contact: You agree to provide emergency contact information and any relevant medical information necessary for your safety during outdoor activities.
Intellectual Property Ownership and Workshop Terms:
Ownership: All content, including trademarks and copyrights belongs solely to All Things Ada, LLC.
Trademark Usage: Any trademarks, logos, or taglines associated with events, sessions and workshops are property of All Things Ada, LLC and cannot be used without written permission.
No Resale of Services: Attendees agree not to sell, trade, or exploit any part of the event or workshop for commercial purposes, including course materials and services.
Non-Transferable Agreement: The agreement is not transferable or assignable without the prior written consent of the Company.
Access Sharing: Attendees agree not to share program materials with unauthorized individuals and third parties who have not been granted access by the Company.
Final Acknowledgement:
You have had the chance and have taken the time to ask any and all questions, you fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.
